The products manufactured by « Lanau industries » are guaranteed for a
period of one (1) year following the delivery date. This guarantee covers
defects occuring during the fabrication and also defects that may come
from materials incorporated into the products manufactured by or « Lanau
industries ». All repairs subject to this guarantee must be approved and
pre-authorized, in writing, by a representative of « Lanau industries ».
Limit of the guarantee
a)Assembly and installation of products
manufactured by or for « Lanau industries » and sold by its authorized
dealers must be carried out according to standards of use.
b)Hereby, this guarantee is applicable only to the
replacement of defective parts and to the work carried out by the
personnel of the authorized dealer and/or « Lanau industries » and this
according to specified conditions that were previously concluded and that
the goods have been returned, prepaid, to the authorized dealer or
to « Lanau industries ».
Exclusions
a)No reimbursement or allocation will be
guaranteed for any work and/or repairs carried out by persons or companies
other than the authorized dealer and/or « Lanau industries »
b)The authorized dealer and/or « Lanau industries
» will deny all responsibilities for any claim for loss of use or any
other claims that could result from a defect covered by the guarantee.
c)Excluded from the present guarantee are any
claims resulting from abusive use of products manufactured foror by « Lanau industries » and sold by its authorized dealer,
especially due to exceeding the bearing capacity of the hydraulic cylinder.
d)Excluded from this guarantee are any materials
incorporated into the manufacturing of products and/or any products sold,
already covered by their manufacturer’s guarantee. Should a defect occur
in such materials, the Buyer must refer to the manufacturer in order for
the guarantee to be honoured. The address of such manufacturers and the
extend of their guarantte coverage will be provided by « Lanau industries
» upon request.
